Minimum Stay:

- $25 non-refundable Reservation Fee upon making a reservation
- $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee upon making a reservation
- Home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS. Rates are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person per night.
- Credit card deposit of 50% of rental rate required at the time of reservation.
- American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Disocver ONLY please.
- Valid credit card must remain on file for security reasons.

We ask our visitors to:
- Put all garbage in outside garbage bins
- Wash and put away all dishes
- Return pool wristbands and keys to the front office
- EARLY AND LATE ARRIVALS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED DURING THE PRIME SEASON.
- LATER CHECK OUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED DURING THE PEAK SEASON. PLEASE INQUIRE AT CHECK IN

| CANCELLATION POLICY: |

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 PROCESSING FEE REGARDLESS OF WHEN THEY ARE CANCELED. ANY RESERVATION CANCELED LESS THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITURE AND CHARGE FOR 50% OF YOUR ORIGINAL TOTAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS.
